Information collected

KRYIA may collect registration information such as legal name, email address, date of birth or age, country, selected plan, language, reservation identifiers, affiliate information and payment status. Stripe processes payment details directly.

How information is used

Information is used to verify identity and email ownership, prevent duplicate or fraudulent registrations, confirm payments, assign promotional benefits, operate affiliate attribution and payouts, provide support and protect the service.

Storage and service providers

KRYIA uses service providers including Firebase, Netlify and Stripe. These providers process information according to their own security and privacy obligations.

Local storage and referral attribution

The site stores language, registration recovery and referral-attribution information in the browser. Referral attribution normally expires after 30 days. Clearing browser storage may remove recovery information.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as needed for pre-launch, account, payment, fraud-prevention, accounting and legal purposes. Invalid or expired application records may be deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Payment and accounting records may need to be retained when required by law.

Security

Never share sign-in links, reservation tokens or authentication codes. KRYIA does not request raw banking credentials through website forms.
